groundwork for successful fashion career.
The topics for the third semester are Financial Management, Management
Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Development,
Buying and Merchandising, Visual Merchandising. This semester concentrates on
students learning financial and merchandise assortment planning. The course
defines the merchandiser’s duties within a retail organization and teaches
students how to develop a financial plan. They will understand the need to
extract data from the system, analyze data for future planning and allocation,
and manage inventory levels, sales and turns.
The last semester explores topics like Strategic Management, Change and
Knowledge Management, Business Research Methods, Managing Interpersonal
Effectiveness, E-Business & E-Retail, Fashion Brand Management. The module
